We are able to offer you a ‘No risk’ fundraising opportunity by offering professional pictures, taken by our team and presented to your guests, this is not a service we charge for, it’s purely in place to earn your event extra funds and ensure your guests have the option to leave the event with a signed picture as a superb momento of their experience with your speaker for the event.
Here’s how it works,
- Our Photography team are set up in plenty of time before your guests arrive with full professional backdrop, and photo printers ready to instantly print pictures sized 12 x 8
- During the VIP reception and before dinner is served guests are offered the opportunity to meet and have their picture taken with your speaker
- The cost of the picture is decided by you, we can advise you on the cost, the photography team keep 50% of the takings, with the remaining 50% due to yourself
- During the meal speaker signs each photo individually
- Our photography team distribute the pictures once signed
The pictures are presented to your guests in a Professional card mount to take away as a momento.
